Thanks for shopping with Truly Yours Fashion! We hope you LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case something doesn’t work out please follow the guidelines of our Return Policy. We gladly accept items for exchange or an Online Gift Card within 14 days of your package arrival. You may exchange any unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of the arrival date. No REFUNDS.

NOTE: Items discounted 20% or more will be FINAL SALE.

Sale and discounted items are not available for exchange or online store credit. Follow the instructions for returning on the Returns page if you have any questions are concerns please e-mail us at sales@trulyyoursfashion.com (or call us at 419-512-6045). Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping.You may contact us Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST for any questions about your purchase by calling 419-512-6045 or emailing sales@trulyyoursfashion.com. RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days (unless 14th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you.
Any items marked sale, accessories, jewelry, or shoes will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Promo Codes or items discounted 20% or over (ex. 20%+ off)
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with an Online Gift Card only. "Final Sale" items that are approved by the website manager for return are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued. (If you need the return tended to ASAP please email us)
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

TO RETURN FOR ONLINE GIFT CARD:
1. Fill in the Submit Return box at the bottom of this page. Insert your email and order # to see full details of the items in your purchase.
2. We will email you within 2 business days of receiving your return request.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item for all orders. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
If your merchandise falls within the return criteria, fill out the Submit Return box below.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the standard USPS shipping charge of $4.95, $6.95, or 10.95 (based on weight).

TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OF GARMENTS:
1. Fill in the Submit Return box at the bottom of this page. Insert your email and order # to see full details of the items in your purchase.

2. Send sales@trulyyoursfashion.com an email with your order number, which item you wish to exchange, & what size you need in exchange. We reply within the next day letting you know if the items you need are available.

2. We will email you within 2 business days approving your return request.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item for all orders. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are also responsible for the shipping once we send your exchange back to you. We will send you an invoice, then wait for the payment to ship exchanged items.

Problems with your order?

If you believe you have received defective product you must contact our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your order.
